An Associate is defined as an individual who has a non-business interest in antique tribal arts such as collectors, retired dealers, etc.
Note: If you are an active dealer or an active art professional, you must apply for, or upgrade to, a Full Membership.
ATADA Associates are required to uphold ethical standards as defined in the ATADA Bylaws, and must agree to honor the ATADA guarantee of authenticity and condition for all American Indian and Tribal Art sales. Conditions of membership as an ATADA Associate are listed in the ATADA Bylaws.
For Associates there is no application fee and Associate dues are $150 per annum. For new applicants, payment of the annual dues is required at the time of application.
After approval of your application, your name will be added to the Associate Member roster on the ATADA website. Your personal contact information will not be listed; however, you must provide a street address, phone number and e-mail address for communication with ATADA. If an associate does not wish to have their name published on the ATADA website, they may opt-out by contacting the Executive Director after completing the online application.
Associates have no vote in ATADA elections. Associates receive the ATADA News quarterly and are entitled to a limited listing in the members directory. Associates may NOT use the ATADA logo in any advertising and may NOT post the electronic version of the ATADA logo on their web sites or eBay listings.
