The following items were stolen from a home in Tucson, AZ on or about July 11, 2016.
Among the items taken were zuni inlaid earrings, a bracelet, and a ring. These were purchased from a dealer near Yuma Arizona in the early 1950's. I have not yet found pictures of the jewelry but my husband has a bolo tie that was of the same design and that was not stolen. I have scanned a picture of that and reproduced a credible likeness of the stolen pieces. The inlaid disks were a little smaller than the bolo tie but otherwise identical. Etched on back are the letters EXX.

On or around October 11, 2016, a Carl Luthey claw necklace and matching cuff bracelet were stolen from a hotel room in Santa Fe, NM. The pieces are over 60 years old and have been a family heirloom for almost that many years.
The owner does not have images of the actual pieces, but the necklace is approximately 28" long and has a "talon" on either side of the large central turquoise stone.
The bracelet is similar to the image shown, with a talon on either side, but without the leaf motifs.
The earrings shown matched the stolen necklace and bracelet.

MY MESSAGE TO THE INCREDIBLE PEOPLE AND FRIENDS WHO HELPED IN RECOVERY OF MY JEWELRY: Words cannot express what it has meant to me for your quick action in alerting me to sites and shops selling my stolen jewelry which led to its recovery. The excellent Santa Fe Detectives working with me were in absolute awe of our community of friends, dealers and collectors who were on the constant search for my jewelry and found it. As you might imagine, and I know many of you have been through this also, this last year has been heart wrenching for me and I have been so grateful for every piece that found its way back to me. It was profound to receive late-night emails and texts sending links to my jewelry. One thing that can never be stolen is the love and concern I have felt from all of you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.... Joan
