STOLEN NATIVE AMERICAN ARTIFACTS

Below are photos of three of seventeen items taken during an early morning burglary on January 11, 2005, of the cultural museum at the Cabazon Band of Mission Indians located in Indio, California. The seventeen artifacts are valued at more than $100,000 and were comprised of personally loaned items as well as items loaned from the State of California. All but three have been recovered with the help of this page. Any and all information about the three remaining stolen items should be directed to Special Agent Joseph K.
